Been having my home air conditioning serviced by T&K for years and always impressed with how this company operates. From booking an appointment with a repairman to job completion, this is a truly professional operation. But it hasn't lost the human touch. To my surprise and delight, my repairman Daniel rang to inform me he might be later than anticipated because the job he was completing was taking longer. He wasn't that late in the end and was friendly, genial and, most importantly,  efficient and professional. Stayed true to the quoted price too, which didn't break the bank. Highly recommend T&K.

As Director of CS Real Estate managing a Property Portfolio, one of our business objectives is that we only partner with quality suppliers / tradespeople. Working with high performing and reputable businesses is nonnegotiable.
In late 2024 I contacted T&K Airpower for two separate maintenance jobs. From the moment I made contact with them, I found them to be extremely responsive, reliable and most importantly experts in what they do. There quotes and pricing is very competitive. And further to that, with each job I received a detailed invoice and photos of the works undertaken. I've attached some pictures of the new PC Board installed along with the new wall controller.
I wouldn't hesitate recommending T&K Airpower, Cindy, Julie and the entire team do a great job. As a customer, I know my landlords are in great hands.

The guys were half an hour earlier than expected. Although it was nearly two weeks from when I put the warranty claim in with Hitachi.They were very thorough in their inspection and completely contradictory to the installers opinion who said it was a fault with the unit itself.
The problem is still unresolved !

A big thank you to all the team at T&K Airpower. From the first call to the visit and quote to the installation of a new Mitsubishi air-conditioning unit we received a truly professional service. The team spent the time explaining the process and answering our questions and were very courteous and obliging. They thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. The office staff were also really helpful. We have asked them to place us on their annual service list. Overall they all went out of there way to ensure our request was met at a high level. We most certainly will recommend them to anyone looking at buying a new unit and or for a yearly service. A great job well done.

We had our solar panel's serviced on the 9/9/26 by Tristan, I was extremely impressed and happy with his professionalism. We also have our air-conditioning service with them.

Toby was excellent, a really skilled tradesman. Worked out the issue with the air conditioner explained the options available. Once I selected the option he carried out the repair works.

Extremely happy, very thorough and friendly been using T&K Airpower for some 20 years plus, and have never had to complain about their service. Last week we had a replacement air conditioning system installed by T&K. Technicians Oliver/Kieran and Noah attended all day Wednesday 21/2/24. Oliver attended Friday 23/2/24. The work performed was outstanding. My wife and I rate very highly the service provided before the installation and during the installation. Should you consider utilising T&K you won’t regret it. What we rate very highly was the professionalism and meticulous care taken.

I frequently  base my assessment of any service provider on first contact. In the case of T&K Airpower Air Conditioning and Electrical, first contact was very positive.
The quote I received was very reasonable (especially with the seniors discount), and I accepted that quote without needing to go to any other providers.
The service tech (Nathan) arrived when scheduled and was very polite and helpful. He completed the required work efficiently, and within a very reasonable time frame.
I would no hesitation in useing this company again.
